62% of Piscina & Wellness Barcelona exhibitors are foreign
The latest in swimming pools, wellness experiences and water facilities
The latest trends in swimming pools, wellness areas and sporting and leisure water facilities are at Piscina & Wellness Barcelona. From 13–16 October, Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via exhibition centre will bring together close to 300 firms, 62% of which are foreign.
The show, the most important in the sector in Spain and an international benchmark with exhibitors from 26 countries, this year highlights wellness. Amongst other proposals, it will feature the second edition of the Wellness & Spa Event, seminars on health and wellness through water and a recreation of a wellness centre with all the latest products, materials and technology.
For the first time there will also be an innovation zone where, along with the most innovative new products, business meetings with international buyers, advice on financing and sessions to share the experience of start-ups, amongst other activities.
Organised by Fira de Barcelona in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Swimming Pool
Sector Professionals (Asofap), the event brings the sector’s latest trends, which focus on improving the efficiency of swimming pools and sporting and leisure water facilities.
In Spain this industry moves over 1 billion euros a year. With 1.16 million swimming pools, the Spanish market is the second largest in Europe and the fourth in the world.
