CCIB,

a new horizon

The Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB) has become a benchmark in Europe as a venue for the organisation of events and congresses.

With a superb location in the city’s technology and business district, known as 22@, it comprises two buildings of unique, avant-garde design, the Convention Centre and the Forum Building, featuring the Auditori Fòrum, linked by an underground connecting boulevard.

With a total surface area of approximately 100,000 sqm and a capacity for 15,000 delegates, the facilities stand out for their size and the great versatility of their interior spaces.

The Convention Centre is the work of Spanish architect José Luis Mateo, while the Forum Building was designed by Swiss architects Herzog & DeMeuron.
