The global airport industry will meet up in Passenger Terminal Expo

The airport industry will meet up in Passenger Terminal Expo, the leading global event that showcases solutions for airport terminals. The event, which will be held from March 25th to 27th in the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via Exhibition Centre, will tackle the sector’s future challenges and will present the main innovations that will improve efficiency and passenger safety.
Emergency processes, the use of ecommerce, the effect of automation in passport control and infrastructures are just some of the topics of debate in which aviation authorities, government, companies and experts from the airports with the most traffic in the world will be participating. The list includes José Manuel Vargas, President of Aena Airports. The event will also have an exhibition area that will showcase the latest products, services and technologies for passenger terminals.
Fira de Barcelona hosted this international event in 2007. The current edition will feature 250 expert speakers and over 150 exhibitors from around the world. The last event took place in 2013 and attracted 3,500 visitors from 85 different countries.
