Floral decoration, a highlight at Expohogar Spring
From January 17th to 20th, Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc Exhibition Centre will be a must for small and medium-size retailers. Expohogar Primavera will be back with the latest in gift articles, decoration, costume jewellery and fashion accessories for the spring-summer 2014 season.
After the success of Expohogar Autumn 2013, floral workshops, which are more essential than ever in spring, will be back. For this reason, Expohogar Spring will teach professionals how to decorate their shops and displays to make them more attractive. This activity will be carried out in collaboration with the Confederación de Horticultura Ornamental de Catalunya, Catalonia’s main floral art schools (Escola d’Art Floral de Catalunya, Escola Smilax and Escola Rosa Valls) and the Gremio de Floristas de Catalunya, Mercabarna and the Vilassar de Mar Flower and Ornamental Plant Market.
Expohogar Spring will also host a gift-wrapping workshop in which different techniques and materials will be used. The event will bring together over a hundred exhibitors and expects around 9,000 visitors.
