Over 1,500 professionals will be meeting up in the Gran Via venue
EiG Congress & Expo, the European iGaming industry event
The 12th EiG Congress & Expo, Europe’s most important iGaming industry event, is being held from October 8th to 10th in the Gran Via Exhibition Centre. Over 1,500 experts will be participating to present the latest advances in online games.
The congress will be structured around 40 conferences, debates and networking sessions, led by 130 experts, with the aim of promoting education, know-how and business in the field of iGaming.
The event will reveal the latest in the creation and maintenance of online games (bingo, casino, poker, lottery, entertainment and skill, etc), putting special emphasis on social games and games for mobile devices.
Online gaming in Spain generated 1,289 million Euros in the second quarter of 2013 (April-June) and over 1.4 million gamers played, according to the Dirección General de la Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ). The profile of online player is of a young male, mainly in sports bets and online poker.
