IoT Solutions World Congress, organised by Fira, to take place in September
First world congress on Internet of Things applications
The IoT Solutions World Congress, the first world congress on the latest IoT applications in industry to take place from 16 to 18 September. Fira de Barcelona and the Industrial Internet Consortium, the sector’s principal association, are organising this event to show how this technology will transform the global economy in the coming years.
The congress will bring international experts together at the Gran Via venue with the goal of accelerating the growth and use of the IoT, technology that enables digital connections between the Internet and everyday objects or industrial machinery which can help companies to improve productivity and product quality.
Along with the exhibition area, there will be a full conference programme and an experimentation space, Testbeds, where new applications can be tested: on show will be improved aeroplane assembly systems, electronic micronetworks and emergency communications.
