From 19 to 23 October, Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc Exhibition Centre provides the venue for Barcelona Meeting Point, one of the real estate industry’s biggest events. This year, in its 20th edition, the event launches a space dedicated to building renovation.
Anyone looking to buy property can find a whole range on offer, along with promotions and special payment terms.
This year, the event includes the participation of over 300 companies from 15 countries, a 15% increase on 2015. It also brings together more than 40 major national and international investment funds. For the first time, this year the event widens its offer to include an area dedicated to building renovation, and is organising talks on the buying and selling of homes.
The event is organised by the Zona Franca Consortium.
