AutoRetro is exhibiting an impressive range of vintage cars and motorbikes
A celebration of the classics in Montjuïc venue
Fans and collectors of vintage vehicles have an appointment from 24 to 27 November at the legendary Auto Retro Barcelona Motor Show. This year, the Motor Show is bringing together close to 300 exhibitors and organising a variety of activities to experience the passion for vintage vehicles.
Unique models of cars and motorcycles from Aston Martin, Porsche, Bugatti, Bentley, Mercedes, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo, Rolls Royce, Lagonda, Hispano Suiza, Seat, Citroën, Montesa, Vespa, BMW, Norton and Bultaco and many others, will be on display. All kinds of parts, accessories, specialised books, textile accessories and vintage items will also be on sale.
One of the highlights is the AutoFutura exhibition, with models, drawings and projections on how transport will develop in the future, conside the history of cars and motorbikes. Other highlights are the display of firefighting equipment and vehicles, and another featuring the history of Enduro.
Numerous proposals are also being organised for a true celebration of the classics, such as a vehicle parade along the route of the old Montjuïc circuit, Enduro trials, a gymkhana track for skill-based activities and workshops to design model vehicles, to name but a few.
The Motor Show, organised by ERMEvents, is paying posthumous tribute this year to Víctor Palomo, the waterskiing and motorcycling sportsman, and to Oriol Puig Bultó, in recognition of his work promoting the motoring world.
