Fira hosts the first edition of Ubeat Live, Barcelona’s new entertainment festival
The first edition of Ubeat Live, the entertainment festival for generation Z organized by Grupo Mediapro kicks off this afternoon at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue. The event will hold eSports competitions and freestyle, music and urban art shows until Sunday, July 3, and will feature some of the top content creators such as Ibai Llanos, TheGrefg, Cristinini, Alvaro845, and Nil Ojeda, among others
Ubeat Live was born to meet the demand of the new generations and their great passions: content creators, videogame competitions, music and urban art. A major event with an international approach that unites in a single venue the superstars of the Internet, official video game competitions and great artists in an unparalleled proposal in Europe.
The first edition of the festival will feature two large stages and an activity area. For three days, Ubeat Live will host professional video game competitions, including the final of the Valorant Regional League Spain and a day of the League of Legends Super League; two stops of the USN World Summer Cup freestyle; and the Spanish qualifier for the Balloon World Cup 2022 organized by Ibai Llanos and Gerard Piqué.
In addition, the event will also be the set from where live programs by internet stars such as Ibai Llanos, TheGrefg, DjMaRiiO, Cristinini, Kapo 013, Nil Ojeda, Goorgo, Werlyb, Alvaro845, Withzack and Beniju will be broadcasted.
MEDIAPRO organizes this festival with the aim of turning it into a international benchmark, and will celebrate a Zero edition in Mexico on August 6th. Ubeat Live Barcelona is supported by the Barcelona City Council and Fira de Barcelona
