The Innovation Arena gathers the latest technological solutions applied to padel
Padel World Summit selects the 20 startups set to transform the sport
Startups developing technological innovations to improve both the playing experience and the business side of padel will take centre stage at the third edition of the Padel World Summit (PWS). The event, organised by Fira de Barcelona and the International Padel Cluster, will bring together the 20 most disruptive startups in the padel ecosystem in the Innovation Arena, showcasing how technology can transform and drive growth in both the sport and its surrounding industry.
The PWS Innovation Arena will feature three distinct areas: the Start-up Zone, the Investment Lounge and the Innovation Stage. The Start-up Zone will serve as a showcase for discovering the technological solutions set to shape the future of padel, while the Investment Lounge will host an investment forum where investors, organisations, companies and professionals can support the ideas with the greatest business potential.
The third area, the Innovation Stage, will provide a platform for participating startups to present their technological solutions to investors and potential clients across fields such as sustainability, club management, interactive experiences and advanced training.
Padel World Summit will also honour the best startup of the year with an award designated by a professional jury. In addition, the programme includes conferences and round tables exploring key markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, as well as providing insights on financing new clubs and technological innovation.
The Innovation Arena will also host Mexican entrepreneur Ignacio Soto Borja — a pioneer of the sport, Vice President of the International Padel Federation and President of the Mexican Padel Federation — who will share his vision of the future of padel and the business opportunities it offers both in his country and globally.
Sustainability and AI
Solutions focused on sustainability, digitalisation and artificial intelligence (AI) are among the top 20 most innovative startups featured at PWS 2026.
The Emirati company Bandeja AI has developed an AI-powered video analysis and coaching platform that works with any camera system, including mobile devices. Portugal’s FeedxBoost offers an AI-driven platform enabling coaches and clubs to track players in real time, while Spain’s LaPadel Agency will showcase a solution that connects coaches with clubs, acting as a specialised recruitment agency.
In the field of sustainability and efficiency, the UK-based Preserva Padel, France’s Bopa and Finland’s Ballid Oy stand out with their automatic pressurisers designed to maintain optimal pressure and extend the lifespan of padel balls. Meanwhile, Catalonia’s Infinite Athletic will present sportswear made from recycled tennis racket strings, and Sweanty Tech analyses athletes’ sweat through smart patches to monitor sodium loss and optimise performance with personalised hydration plans.
Experience and management
In terms of enhancing the user experience, Italy’s Look At Me offers streaming services and real-time match analysis. Finland’s Eagletic has developed a platform that displays live scores, player information and match context both on-site and online. Germany’s Myscore.live will present its solar-powered Smart Scoreboard, while the UK’s PadelLevels has designed a player ranking system that can be integrated with training and club management services.
In the field of management and operations, the UK’s VAM-OS presents a finance and operations platform for padel clubs, offering real-time insight into profitability and cash flow. Sweden’s CourtBrain provides an app that simplifies court search and booking across more than 7,000 clubs in Europe, and Estonia’s Padel Playground delivers a platform for league and tournament management.
Meanwhile, US-based PadelOS offers comprehensive management software for large clubs seeking to optimise operations, while Spain’s AUN introduces a mobile app to find substitute players when matches are cancelled, eliminating the need to coordinate via WhatsApp groups. The Emirati company Mocion completes this segment with an app for booking courts, tournaments and training sessions that also integrates club management solutions.
Finally, the only padel video game for PC and consoles, developed by the Valencia-based company Padel Rivals, will be showcased alongside the Italian platform Weebora, which offers personalised travel experiences for playing padel around the world.
With 140 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, the third edition of the Padel World Summit will take place from 26 to 28 May in Hall 6 at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue.
