Pere Taberner declared that he assumes the presidency of Hostelco “with enthusiasm and an undertaking to reinforce the trade show as a catalyst for the industry and a generator of business opportunities and to promote digitisation, creativity and quality as keys to the growth of the industry”.

Hostelco and Restaurama, benchmarks of the Horeca channel
Hostelco, a primary reference in Spain and Europe in equipment and machinery for restaurants, hotels and catering, is held every two years. The next event will be held between 12th and 15th March 2024 to ratify its leadership as a domestic and international business centre for products, knowledge and networking at the service of its industry.

Hostelco will once again be held alongside Alimentaria and next year it will promote specific synergies with Restaurama, the industry devoted to foodservice, in order to establish itself as the flagship trade fair platform for the Horeca channel.
