In the education and business sectors, Fira de Barcelona will host, Bizbarcelona and Saló de l’Ocupació, while the cultural calendar will once again feature Comic, Manga and Sónar.

In the health sector, 2026 will mark a strong year for major medical congresses, including those of the European Respiratory Society (ERS), the European Breast Cancer Council (EBCC) and the European Heart Failure Association (ESC-HFA). In motorsports, highlights will include the MotoGP and Formula 1 Grand Prix.

New additions to the agenda

As a new feature, Barcelona will host the FESPA Global Print Expo for the first time, the world’s leading trade fair for the large-format printing industry, as well as the Goya Awards Gala. Greater international reach

Strengthening its international activity, the institution will continue managing two venues in China and will co-organise 12 trade shows abroad, including the first editions of Alimentaria Argentina and Smart City Expo Cali (Colombia), among others.
